Canopy Tent Rentals

Canopy tents are a classic and economical choice for outdoor events held on grass surfaces. These tents use center poles and perimeter stakes to create a strong and stable structure, making them ideal for backyard parties, graduations, BBQs, family gatherings, and outdoor celebrations.

⚠️ Canopy tents can ONLY be installed on grass.
If the tent location includes any concrete, asphalt, patio, or other hard surface, you will need to select a Frame Tent instead.

Because canopy tents rely on staking for stability, they require adequate grass space around the tent for proper installation.

Important Installation Information

• Canopy tents are secured using multiple heavy-duty stakes driven into the ground.

• Stakes are typically placed 1 to 1½ feet deep to properly secure the tent.

• Please notify us in advance if there are any underground sprinkler systems, electrical lines, septic systems, or other obstacles that could prevent staking.

Preparing for Tent Installation

Please mark the  location where the tent will be installed before our delivery crew arrives.

You can mark the location using:

• Stakes or sticks in the ground

• Spray paint

• Cones or furniture

• Any other clearly visible markers

This helps our team install your tent quickly, safely, and efficiently.
