Rose Party Rentals offers a wide selection of tables and chairs for rent to accommodate events of all sizes, from backyard parties and graduations to weddings, corporate events, and festivals. We provide multiple table sizes and chair styles to help create the perfect setup for your event. Pricing varies depending on the type, color, size, and seating capacity of the rental items.

Important Rental Information

• Rental Equipment: All tables and chairs are commercial rental items, not brand new retail products. Some normal wear such as minor scratches, scuffs, or marks may be present. Each item is inspected and cleaned to ensure it is safe, functional, and event-ready.

• Setup & Takedown: Standard table and chair rentals are drop-off and pickup only. However, setup and takedown services are available for an additional fee. This service must be requested in advance so we can schedule the proper crew and manpower for your event.

• Pickup Policy: If setup service was not arranged, all tables must be collapsed and chairs stacked and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. If our crew arrives and items are not properly prepared, a labor fee of $1.50 per chair and $2.00 per table will be charged to the card on file.
